Sponge Cake Recipe IV

Ingredients:
-8 Eggs
-190g sugar
-95g selfraising flr
-55g corn flr
-45g butter-melted
-1tsp vanilla ess
Icing:
-Fresh red cherries+5oz cream cheese+1/4 icing sugar(sifted)+gelatin 1tsp mixed in warm water
Directions:
-Beat yellow yolk and sugar for 1 min
-pour in a bowl seperately
-Then,add the white and sugar beat high till it form peaks
-Combine the yellow&white
-sift the flr+corn flr fold to the eggs
-Add the melted butter,vanilla ess&fold
-Spread evenly
-Preheat 180d&bake for 30 min
-Cool it&do the icing
